It’s that time of year again! The Mott Haven Film Festival is the borough’s most anticipated annual festival. Each year, the Bronx community gathers to recognize short films that celebrate the Bronx’s voice in the industry. Founded by Mott Haven resident Ninoska Carolina, the festival truly aims to raise up the South Bronx community and show the world that they have a place in this space. Once a year when the Mott Haven Fim Festival comes back to town, Bronxites are able to truly embrace what the Bronx means to them and see how that is expressed through the films created by these artists.
